Our Policy

We happily accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached, within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start

Email us at hello@littlepearlandco.com with your order number and we’ll walk you through it, step by step.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.

A Few Notes

Sale and final-sale items can’t be returned or exchanged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility — unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we’ve got you completely.

As a small shop, every order matters to us. If anything is ever wrong with your order, please reach out — we’ll always make it right.
